PR holder and No surname

Hi ,

I got my PR (dependent) and we have done the soft landing .We are planning to move to Canada this year.

My problem is that i dont have a surname .In my passport and PR card my name is "MADEEHA". I came to know that this will create problems in Canada for driving license , bank accounts etc. As in my PR my name in MADEEHA i cant add surname here in home country (INDIA) now . I need to add it after moving to Canada.

Does any one here knows what is the procedure and how complex this is.
