PR FROM CANADA

I AM NOW IN CANADA O WORK PERMIT VALID TILL JUNE 09 & MY DATE OF ENTRY TO
CANADA IS 31ST AUGUST. I HAVE GOT PNP CERTIFICATE FROM BC.

WHERE SHOULD I APPLY FOR PR ---- BUFFALO OR NEW DELHI.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Thanks for your reply.

I just happen to speak to one guy from BC PNP office. He told as my work permit
is not valid for 1 year from the date of my entry to Canada (its 10 moths), I need to
apply in country of my origin i.e. India.

I am little confused over the subject, cic web site is not telling specifcally any thing.

Please help

CIC website says if you have a visa for 1 year or more, you can apply through Buffalo. If not, you have to apply in your home country.
