My husband currently holds a legal work permit and is working for a company in Canada. We have been married for 3 months.He is eligible to apply for PR under express entry. My question is can he apply for his PR under express entry program and include me in his application. I am currently working in India.

Is it possible to apply for PR when I am present in India? If yes, then meanwhile can I apply for my visitor visa to visit him or not?

It depends on a lot of factors. Once you submit the application, it takes up to 6 months for processing in most cases.
