My Brother-in-law has a Canadian PR... Will I still the get the benefit from it?
Also, what all documents will be required from him and at what stage?

Yes, you will get additional 15 CRS points for this.

You'll need following documents post ITA:

1) Family Member Proof of Status (required)

2) Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling (required)

3) Proof of residency in Canada of sibling (required)

4) Proof of sibling relationship (required)

You will not get any points for a cousin (CRS or FSW eligibility). The 15 CRS points are only for SIBLINGS. (Please note that cousins are not considered siblings in Canada. The terms 'cousin brother' and 'cousin sister' is not recognized there.
You also cannot get CRS points for your uncle, but you can get FSW eligibility points for him. For this, you will need to provide proof of your relationship to him (your birth certificate, your father's birth certificate, and your uncle's birth certificate, all clearly showing parents' names), proof of his Canadian citizenship (his birth certificate or passport), and proof of his physical residency in Canada (e.g. a utility bill, rental agreement, bank statements, etc. with his name and address on them)

Thanks for the reply .15 points would have helped me to be in the 445 band through which i might be eligible for next draw.
