PR for newborn son

Hi All, Need some expert advice here.

Myself and wife are both PR card holders since 2019. We did move to Canada for short while (Landing, SSN, PR cards, Bank account and few other formalities) and came back to Dublin for our jobs. We are now planning to move before Christmas this year.

We had our baby born here in Dublin last month (after our landing), he is Irish (I think he only needs electronic visa to travel). We want to get PR for him as well. Can you advice on how we can do that from Dublin, Ireland? If not, what is the best way we all can go together?

You must be in Canada to sponsor him for PR. You cannot submit the sponsorship application from outside of Canada. He can travel to Canada with you on an eTA. No TRV or TRP is required.
