Dear Sirs,

I plan to study in Manitoba this year and I would like to apply PR in Canada. Can you advice me guidelines as well as documents for preparing this important job?

It depend on the type of your PR application. In general, you should collect all document related to your education background and your work experiment, your birth certificate, your marriage, your passport ect.
