Hello!
I have PGWP from May 2020 and unable to find NOC B job. What is the procedure to apply for PR. I have done my Masters of engineering I don't have any work experience back home. Any immigration consultant in Canada that can help?

So you have no work experience at all? You aren’t eligible without work experience. For Federal Skilled Workers, you need one year of continuous , skilled work experience in one NOC. For CEC, you need a year of Canadian work experience. So you aren’t eligible for EE. PNP programs require work experience too.

I do have co-op and part time experience but they don't consider that

Canadian !! If I get a job offer?

You need work experience in a skilled profession.

I assume you have a 3 year PGWP? How long is it still valid for?

Which province did you study in ?

Hi scylla, Do you have any insight on good colleges in ontario for one year IT post grad programs ?

I don't.

However make sure it's a public college (stay away from all private colleges).

Also I would strongly recommend against taking just a 1 year program if the aim is to get PR. Take a 2 year program.

Same, it's so hard to get a job now. I wonder how all those new grads get their jobs, I'm a recent grad as well

Agree it can be tough with how things are going on lately.
There might be a chance if you were working PT, the aim is to get a FT position with your previous employer and atleast qualify for PNP, CEC.
