If you REALLY have 460, I think you might be lucky to be honest. EE draw scores are coming down very fast. So if they keep inviting 7,000-10,000 people per draw, I can see the pool rapidly diminishing into the 450-470 range in the near future. Your problem then will be providing a work experience letter upon getting an invite if I interpreted correctly that your employer doesn't want to give any letter. I have a feeling you may be lucky, you're only 21 points away.

My employer provides experience letter with roles and responsibilities clearly stated. They just don't provide any explicit support for PR - like PNP sponsorship or offer letter with 1 year's employment guaranteed. It is pretty much a standard practice across all large IT multinationals.

I have 460 because I was able to score NCLC 7 score in TCF.

Assuming you are not counting 50 points for job offer. You may be fortunate and scores come down. Dont think there will be CEC only draws.

No, I am not counting those 50 points - though life would have been much easier had I had those :)

So looks like the only option I have at the moment is to wait - either for cut-off scores to come down, or to gain more Canadian experience and my score to go up.

How can you get a score of 461 if you don't count valid job offer points???? Otherwise your score is 411???? That's what I did in the calc. What's your highest education?

You're a 45-year old guy from Delhi who has sufficient fluency in English and French to get +50 points? How does that happen? And sorry, remind, is your work permit supported by an LMIA or no?
He is on an ICT - LMIA Exempt who works for a multi national. The issue with BC PNP is that employer has to support and fill out job offer/support forms and show that no one in BC could be hired. May be that multi national would be approved for job offer so doesn’t support nominations. Multi national has set a precedent.

Please correct me if I am wrong - you are saying someone from Delhi can't be proficient in both English and French?

Yes. Because if you really were, you would have figured out you could get Canadian PR much earlier than age 45. There is no immigrant Indian I have ever heard of who had proficient yet alone intermediate French (note I said immigrant, as opposed to second gen).

Dude, are you for real?

Have you ever considered the possibility that for someone it may become a choice late in life?

Anyways, I don't intend to discuss this further with you.

I just find it to be a strange choice and I you should be thankful that I take the effort to make sure people have calculated their own CRS properly.
