PR file number

Hi All,

I applied under FSW 2 years ago, never got any emails or AORs, and eventually called CIC call center, and they told me the file was returned(by regular mail, so I never got it back) as the cap had been reached.

1- Does this count as an application for PR?
2- If so, how to get the PR file number, for the purpose of filling the PR application under EE?

I hope you didn't sent any original documents with the first PR application.

This does not count towards your PR application. I had the same issue and I said No to question that whether I applied for PR before or not while filling up express entry profile.
