PR facts - latest time to land on Canada

Hi @ Expats

wanted to know if I can qualify as a federal skilled worker, then what will happen?

1. will I directly get a PR card from nearest Canada VISA office? or to get the PR card I need to land in Canada with a temporary VISA and there I need to apply for a PR card? In 2nd case, how many days it takes to get the PR card?

2. After getting the PR card, I know that 3/4 yrs is the obligation but my question, is it like I need to land on Canada and finish the staying (in this case I must go to Canada at 1st year after I receive PR card) physically of 3/4 years obligation before my PR expires OR I can land on Canada any day (for example - the last day before my PR expires at the 4th year) before my PR expires?

Back grd, I have a job in China which is good for me and I think I wont be able to get this type of job in Canada right now, or even in near future. So wanted to continue here another 3/4 yrs. On the other hand, day by day Canadian PR requirement bar is increasing so I don't want to delay more.

you are so confused my friend,start reading here if you intend to immigrate to canada: www.cic.gc.ca
application for permanent residence could take up few years not days.
if you apply and your application gets approved you will get an immigrant visa and a confirmation of permanent residence which you will have to use when you first land at the canadian port of entry,an immigration officer will will validate your visa and COPR(that is the day you will officially become a permanent resident) at the port of entry the immigration officer will also ask you for a canadian address and thats where your PR card will be mailed to.
applying for a permanent residence in canada is not as easy as you imagine because its long,complicated and costly but its not impossible if you qualify under a certain category.

is it like getting the result of my application will take few years? for example if I apply at May 2014, then aprox. when I can get the result of my application, following current trend?
