I applied to renew my PR. And I left before having my new one
My previous PR expired now
How can I comeback to canada ?
my travel document still active till Dec2025

PR card expires not PR. Do you meet your RO? How long have you been out of Canada and have you visited your home country? By travel document I assume you mean RTD.

Yes only the date on the card is expired.
I just left canada from 3 weeks I spent 973 days in last 5 years .
I didn’t meet RO ( and sorry but can I ask what it is stand for? ) , I applied online 1 week before I left via my immigration consultant.
( by the way I applied 2 years ago for citizenship and I received the letter from that time but till now my application is in process )
I didn’t visit my home country I have family visit visa as they are residents in another country and I left for medical reasons to be with them for recovery depending on my doctors advice in canada .
I m refugee so IDK. if my travel document means (RTD)
