We wont to apply for Quebec skilled worker program ( within the next month) from Sudan - Khartoum, we have been selected for an interview for a DV visa to USA. our plan is either to work (please give suggestion to places with higher salaries and good job markets for our professions) in USA and live (please give suggestion to the best places to choose for rising a family) in Canada (or vise verse) in border cities of Quebec & New York Border cities . note that I am the principle applicant for the Quebec Skilled Worker Immigration Program, and my son and husband are accompanying me. while my husband is the principle applicant of the DV Visa Program.
I would like to hear your suggestion in:
I- what is the best approach to keep both the Green card and the PR, and having both Canadian and American Citizenship in the end of the journey.
II- what are the best cities in the borders of Quebec and New York to work on, and what are the best to live in in the other site of the border.
I do appreciate any help and advise, so thank you in advance
