PR Confirmation Portal

Hi everyone!

I got a letter from IRCC confirm my email address so they can give me access to the portal. I have to leave Canada last year cause I couldn’t renew my work permit and I didn’t want this affect my PR application but, apparently I have to be there.
What would you guys suggest? I already replied saying I was outside of the country.
Should I try to go to the board in land?

If you read your ITA/AOR letter, you have an obligation to inform IRCC of any changes on your personal situation, and that includes your address. You should have informed IRCC through webform when you left Canada if you wanted to continue your PR application.
