I did send my first reply two times but never sent email after photo upload
I did reply on 28 and then again on 1 June
I got credentials on 7june.
I am not sure if it worked but you can give it a try because one month wait for credentials is abnormal as per the most posts here.

I have a different timeline than yours but from point 4 till 6 everything is same. What does your IRCC account says is eligibility , Background and everything is passed or it is in progress?
Just received eCOPR for me and my dependents however, portal still shows in review with IRCC and IRCC account status is still the same. Now waiting for PR Card

Hey, have you followed up by any chance on call or any other place as to why it is taking this much time. I also got my first email on 6th June but still waiting for credentials.
