Yep, last couple of postings seem to show faster times between P2 and eCOPR: less than 25 days, instead of more than 60 days. Maybe to compensate for longer time between P1 and P2.

Where did you see this news: FB groups, reddit?

Received eCoPR May 9, 2025.

Linked PR card application to IRCC secure account.

IRCC secure account shows PR card application was submitted May 17, 2025.

Final decision (approved) was June 18, 2025.

Status updated date June 19, 2025 that PR card was mailed and it can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

I am in Vancouver.

Can anybody tell me when I can expect my PR card?

Hope it will not take 6 weeks.

I got my eCOPR on 11th June 2025 but still my photo and address are in review?
What should I do and when I can expect my PR card?

Don't worry, I got my eCOPR March 29 and got the PR card only in June 15. They take long time to process

Here is the timeline of a family member, just as reference:

Submitted e-APR (AOR same day): 13-Jan-25
BIL: 24-Feb-25
MIL: 24-Feb-25
Biometrics completed: 28-Feb-25
Medical submitted (delay due to travel): 22-Mar-25
IRCC asked for proof medical exam was done (uploaded receipt same day): 26-Mar-25
Background verification: 26-Mar-25
Medical marked completed: 03-Apr-25
Ghost update: 03-Apr-25
Ghost update: 07-Apr-25
Eligibility confirmed: 07-May-25
Final decision: 12-May-25
P1: 12-May-25
P2: 03-Jun-25

Waiting for eCOPR. I am guessing it will early August, unless they speed up processing times soon.

They have to travel at the end of July, so might ask IRCC to pause processing so that they don't need to return via US and then cross at the land border.

UPDATE: my relative got their eCOPR on 3-Jul-2025. IRCC has sped up the processing!

That was: 171 days after AOR, 58 days after final decision, and 30 days after Portal 2 e-mail.

Single applicant, CEC program & French language proficiency category. CRS score 539

Just need to get the PR card now (and figure out alternative travel plans for them since they are going abroad at the end of July).

Surprisingly super fast, dependent still didn't get P2. Will wait a week and contact IRCC.
