Okie thank youI got it from ircc_client_2025@advanis.net yesterday. It is a random survey discussed a few days ago in this thread, and it has nothing to do with receiving ecopr or pr card

It was rough, but it worked out in the end. I requested a new one and got it the same day I received the new ITA.Congratulations @Shel12. It is terrible that IRCC says you can submit an expired PCC and they will accept it, but then they don't accept it!
"Some countries put expiry dates on their police certificates. If you have a police certificate that expired, include it. We’ll accept it if:
We may ask for updated documents at any time during processing."
- it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months in a row or longer
- it is not for the country where you currently live
I'm glad you got through the second time.
Glad it worked out for you!It was rough, but it worked out in the end. I requested a new one and got it the same day I received the new ITA.

Just add to add some context to this. If you requested a police record while outside Canada, this statement from IRCC does not apply. That was the mistake I made.Congratulations @Shel12. It is terrible that IRCC says you can submit an expired PCC and they will accept it, but then they don't accept it!

Wow, that is a very subtle detail! Good to knowJust add to add some context to this. If you requested a police record while outside Canada, this statement from IRCC does not apply. That was the mistake I made.
I really hope they finish issuing eCoPRs to all 2024 applicants by the end of this month - it's a reach, but I truly hope so.I see many early Dec P2s who got ecoprs today. Kinda nice to see.
