I hope not. I assume those who have already had their P2s fall under the accepted ratio and has nothing to do with the quota. Then again, it's just an assumption! Because the eCoPRs dates have been scattered all around. Some applicants from late August and mid September are still waiting for theirs, whereas, some from October 29th and 31st already received theirs! Seems like, logic went out the door for some VOs! :(

Congratulations!! Can you please confirm the expiry date of your ECOPR on tracker ?

Well, that's good to know. Maybe, your home address is in Toronto, so, they decided that you became PR in Etobicoke/Toronto instead of Montreal! Don't really know what it means though. Might as well give them a call just to be on the safe side that there is no error on the eCoPR!

On which mail id did you send the email ?? As I also have travel plans and been waiting since 4 weeks

It says became PR at Etobicoke IRCC.
I think there's no error as I saw someone post in one of the reddit threads the same thing..
