Is this normal? It has been almost a year since the submission of CEC application. I'm applying from the US.
No update since April. Medical exam is about to expire now this month. Any suggestions are appreciated.

This is not normal. Are you stuck on comprehensive security screening? If so, then no one can say how long it might take before IRCC acts. I suggest you reach out to the MP and also call IRCC to find out what's happening with your application!

Looking at your timeline it seems like there's a high probability you'll be receiving it by this week for sure! Fingers Crossed!
it should be mailed to your address in 25 days as per current processing time, what are your timelines ?
