If this is of any consolation, 23 Aug isn't too bad. I've been waiting for an extra week than you yet nothing. BOWP also radio silence. It's just all down to luck and individual case officers. Just unfortunate how this isn't transparent at all and we're left second guessing ourselves
How long have you been waiting for BOWP? I applied to mine on May 15th. Nothing since. My PGWP Expired almost a month ago so I'm in maintained status. At this point, i think I prefer not to have an answer for the BOWP and simply have my PR application finalized instead.

Currently waiting for P2. P1 sent on August 22,

I got my eCoPR on 26 Aug and linked the PR Card application with GC key on 28 Aug. Since then I have gotten no update.
When should I expect the next update anywhere(PR Confirmation Portal or IRCC Account) and what that update should be like?
at least 30 days.
it will said final decision and we mailed your card etc.etc.

I applied early May, nothing. I was banking on my PR being approved earlier, but they went radio silence on my P2. So now I'm hoping to at least get BOWP.
Well, Receiving eCOPR effectively means that your PR application is fully complete. When that happens, your BOWP application will be cancelled without an answer (since it's not needed anymore). Chances are you will get your eCOPR before receiving the approval for your BOWP. Either scenario is fine (as long as you are currently either in WP status or maintained status)

Now, if your BOWP gets rejected, then you need to restore your status before receiving your eCOPR, as they will freeze it until you have a valid status again.

photo will always be in review even after receiving PR card.
in your gckey there a button "Link other application." Select permanent resident card and enter your UCI and Lastname, birthdate and place.
I tried with different values (UCI , Application No & UCI, family name) but it says as there is no such application, try again

(Assuming you hold Indian passport), enter place of birth as CITY,(SPACE)STATE. there is space after comma (,)

Dont use option of application no, the PR card application no is different from PR application no
