I need to travel urgently id some one can reply how long and how we will get the PR card, would we get notification?

my boyfriend got his pr card within 3 days after they sent him an email that it has been dispatched. However it took almost 2 months after his Ecopr to get that email. Even after receiving the pr card you may still see that your photo is still in review so that's not a problem. Once the pr card is dispatched it only takes 3-5 days and you will get an email.

My portal two is a day later than yours (9/28) and my visa office is Etobicoke, otherwise we should be in the same stage. Hopefully they do expedite the process.
