Montreal takes about 10-18 days before you get portal 2

July 6 portal 1
Until now no update Portal 2.Its been 18 days

I received the email for portal 1on July 13th and replied on same day but till now I didn't get an email with portal credentials. VO is Montreal. Any idea on how much time they take..
Also I replied mine and my dependents details in a single email in response to the email. Is that fine ?

Same timeline as you. And exact same steps. No response yet either.
