Did anyone face same situation that PR cards are not delivered at same time for Primary and Spouse/Dependents?

My spouse received on March 20, Waiting for my(PA) card and also for kids.

Any one here VO Calgary? Got my eCOPR February 3, then photo rejected Feb. 10th. Same day, I upload my new photo. Until now, in review by IRCC. It takes a long time.

Yesterday I got ghost updated. It means my pr card will be approved soon?
