Also VO Montreal waiting for PR card for over 40 days, and also got an agent on the phone yesterday after submitting another webform, they said the same thing that they submitted immediate request for production. Not sure how true it is…

The processing times for new PR cards is now changed to 36 days.. Good news I guess.. Anyone waiting for more than 36 days after eCoPR?

I don't trust their processing times. They lie BIG TIME.

I agree, the agent yesterday even told me that it’s completely normal to have to wait over their processing time without news, and that basically it’s our responsibility to see other options if we have to travel for work or other reason

The other VOs seem to process the card fairly quickly but the Montreal VO is extremely slow. Who knows what happens with them.

Today is my 50th day after application submission and eCOPR (17 Jan) VO Etobicoke. Called them up yesterday and they said the card is in production since March 3, they do not have an ETA of when the card will be mailed out, I have a friend with card in production since Jan 27.

Yes she did say that Montreal was experiencing delays but that’s it no further explanation. I highly doubt that her verbal confirmation to request the card to the VO is true or changes anything but I guess we can always call every few days to remind them…

When you call them the second time they usually say that they have notified as per the first call and you will have to wait nothing else can be done.

We got decision made on our application on feb 1,2023. But on March 9 we got the PPR mail. But the date on mail is 1 feb and they gave 30 days. So technically we got a mail with expire date . What should we do now??
