Hey everyone. I have uploaded my photo and address on jan 20 but haven't got my eCoPR yet. I started to panic since lots of people from 26 got the eCoPR today. Are there people before that time still waiting for eCoPR?

Yes, still waiting for it, you can check your VO in the first approval email’s subject.
