I creat my own account with the same email address that I send to the government.
I called the government yesterday and the woman said: if you don't receive anything about the credential after one week, send an email address below and ask them if they received your previous email or no. My friend called them after 3 weeks and they said we didn't receive anything.
so if after one week you didn't receive your credentials, call them and send an email with all information (Name, UIC, etc.)
You can create your account by yourself if you will use the same email address maybe it can speed up the process
Yesterday, I sent an email to
IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca asking if my PR is validated and if they received my information, and this morning, the section "Permanent Residence Confirmation" is added in my account.
