I am waiting for eCOPR too. Got portal 2 on August 31

Received P1 exactly 6 weeks ago. Still waiting for my credentials. VO Montreal.
Solo CEC Inland applicant.

I am thinking on sending a webform today.

Do that and call IRCC

Update:
Portal 1: July 31 from Montreal.
Portal 2: Sep 1st
eCOPR: Sep 1st
Final decision shown in PR card application ( I linked to GC key account): Sep 1st
PR Card application approved and PR card mailed: Sep 9th

Now I am waiting to get the PR card

Non EE Applicant ( RNIP Program): AOR: July 20, 2022

eCoPR on same day as responding to Portal 2 ?

If you all can phone ircc and find out too. As waiting till January is a long time if the backlog is huge

I sent 6 follow up emails and 2 webforms and 1 call . Send a webform, I hope it can help

Because in 2022 from Sept onwards ircc stopped issuing copr until January as they met the 2022 targets. Hopefully this is not repeated in 2023.

The agent just told me we all are in a virtual landing queue and there can be delays until the officer processes landing

If you see my signature information as bellow, you got all stages in this process took long time from AOR to final decision and from P1 to P2
But on Sep 1st, Officer decided to speed up the last step. P2 and eCOPR and final decision for PR Card application all in one day.
I hope and pray that you all receive your PR cards very soon.

Congratulations! It is good to see that they are processing eCOPR. I got portal 2 just one day before you did and I hope I can receive my eCOPR soon.

From the above looks like they are still processing landing. So hopefully we can get eCOPR soon!

Yes. Same for me. It shows in mobile browser only. not visible in computer browser.
