I need URGENT information, any response is much appreciated.

Below is my Case,
- Currently in implied status (Worker)
- Work permit expired on Jan 23 2023
- AOR - December 09 2022
- BOWP applied - Jan 20 2023
- TRV - Valid till 2026
- Unemployed

I am an Indian passport holder who wants to make an urgent trip to the US at the end of this month (March).
My question is,
1. Can I enter back to Canada with only a Valid TRV? or will there be any issues as I do not have a valid work permit?
2. If I get my portal email while I am in the US, can I show the border officers my email and enter back inside Canada to submit my eCopr?

Please help. It's really important and urgent. Thank you.
As others said, you will loose implied status when you leave Canada, i.e., you will not be allowed to work outside Canada and when you come back inside Canada until either you receive a decision on your BOWP application or you become a PR (the date on CoPR).

You can apply to enter back Canada with only the valid TRV but you will be requesting to enter Canada as a visitor and will have to convince the immigration officer that you satisfy the requirements for a visitor (might include showing your ties outside Canada, showing enough funds, convincing the officer that you will leave within six months, etc.). I have not been in this situation so somebody else who has been in this situation might give a better picture of what all is involved here / how strict the immigration officers are, etc. But, you basically run the risk of being denied entry back into Canada which jeopardizes your PR application (because your PR application is inland and requires you to confirm your presence inside Canada as its last step). This is why any immigration lawyer would highly recommend avoiding any travel outside Canada at this stage (until you receive your new work permit or reply back to the portal emails).

More information here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/visitors/implied-status-extending-stay.html

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The TRV is valid for me until 2026 (my passport expiry date), but you are right, I got it when I got my work permit in 2022. I am not sure if the TRV will go invalid. Would love to hear other's thoughts as well.
TRV is completely independent of the work permit. The only connection might be that you can apply for a TRV because of a work permit, but even then, the validity of the TRV is decided independently and is not tied to the validity of your work permit. Your TRV should be perfectly valid unless you receive communication from IRCC that your TRV has been revoked/cancelled (which happens rarely).

Hello! Is anyone here inside Canada doesn't have PR ID and needs to travel back home outside Canada?
I am inside Canada and waiting for my PR Card. My photo still in review for a month now. My flight will be next week. Going to travel outside Canada. Can I apply PRTD here inside Canada if I don't have my PR ID yet?

You need to be outside Canada to apply for PRTD. And It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks or more to process.

I am also in the same situation, my flight is after a month. Did you try to contact IRCC and see what is the current status of it? When was your eCoPR?

Wow a lot of people on the +40 days bracket… it’s hard to have visibility on timeline as no one commented their card processing before this bracket from Montreal.
It’s weird because I personally know two of my friends who had their ecopr issued from Calgary and got their PR cards within the processing time. One of them got the ecopr after me. So it’s a bit strange how Montreal is getting away with this.
