I am waiting for my 2nd Portal e-mail since earlier of Jan. 2023... Don't know what happened, Etobicoke VO.
I got the GU on same day as urs on feb 27th, still not update on gc key since then.
Oh boy, it's a real pain. totally in limbo.
Contacted IRCC two day ago; Agent doesn't know anything. they are like, It's showing "In Progress". I told it's approved and I recevied an email as well. But they are like, No, It still showing "In Progress" at our end. I'm like. Ok. Thank you. Let's hang up the call.
What is virtual landing queue please? I replied to the portal 1 email and got back the reply that your file is in virtual landing queue and is not finalized yet. There may be delay because we are processing large no. Of files.. what is this please and how long it can take to receive my portal credentials? Received the email from VO Calgary
Its when a candidate is in/from Canada, officer will land the candidate virtually in Canada in system to process further.

Does this mean that once this landing is done, then I will receive the portal’s credentials?
I think it should be good. Hopefully you will get cards soon. I got mine after uploading the pic 1 month after that. Same VO as yours.
Anyone recently waiting for portal credentials? Got portal 1 email on 9th march and replied the same day. VO - Calgary
I got my portal 1 email on 7th of March and got my credentials yesterday from Calgary. So you’ll probably get it early next week if it’s the same timeline.
hope so! Really worried about it. Do you get a reply as well when you first responded to the email?
