Log in credentials: June 2, 2021..

Just q question, as I have dependents but are still outside Canada, should I be seeing their applications under my profile or not?

I received IRCC PR Confirmation email on May 28th, replied to this email on May 29th. Then sent them another email with all the details again on June 03 (yesterday). Still no answer from them. I am waiting for portal credentials email.
My only stages marked as complete are medical and biometrics. Other stages like background check, eligibility criteria, final decision are still in progress.

I am in the similar stage.
I received an email for details I submitted those . And I got the portal credentials and submitted the photo and address.
But I haven't got COPR. AM I going to get the PR card directly. Because the Portal is for PR card.
Please someone clarify.

medical extended on April 26

Still waiting for credentials

Timeline:
Email from the officer: 17th May, 2021
Replied to the email: 18th May, 2021
Credential email: 20th May, 2021
Uploaded photo and confirmed address same day
eCopr: 27th May, 2021
PR Card in the mail: 7th June 2021

On my PR confirmation portal my address and my photo is still in review but I got my PR Card.
Hopefully, you will get your's soon!

1. When did you receive an email asking for information? Sunday May 30, replied 20 minutes later
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? still waiting. I called on Friday June 4 and the agent said I'm"in the queue for finalization" and to just wait.
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal?
