Even I had to email them 2 3 times for getting portal credentials but In our case, we were replying from my husband's email (he is a secondary applicant). Then I sent details from my account and got reply in 2 3 days.

Got pr portal email on 15th uploaded photo on 16th and still no cpor! Don’t know how people before got CPOR same day or next day

My time lines also same and waiting on CoPr. How do you know your VO? Did u receive your credentials email with signature as Calgary office ?
Submitted picture on 17th and still waiting! My buddies did week ago and all of them got CPOR very next day somehow!
