Got PR cards yesterday!My VO is VLU / OSC - Ottawa. Just got my eCoPR today. Took 17 days to get my login credentials after first email, but only one day for eCoPR after uploading photos....clearly there is no consistency.
Submitted address and photo on Dec 20 still waiting for ecopr. Dont know why mine is taking a bit longer.Still waiting on eCoPR - received portal 2 on Dec 30 and submitted address / photo then.

You have to respond to the email with info they requested, then IRCC will create the portal login and email you the login info (DO NOT create a portal account yourself). Then you upload picture and confirm address.Hi guys, I received the below email. I also have my PR card already. Will an IRCC case worker actually contact me or is it just pr portal template?
