I created the account after Portal 2. Not sure but I guess we can create the account after AOR.

Send 2 Webforms to IRCC and They just mention application is in progress. On tracker i can see everything is completed and COPR number generated.
This Waiting is getting really hard now.

IRCC is determined to test our patience.

From October to January, there was a brief pause in-between in issuing eCOPRs, despite some being receiving theirs. However, IRCC is now issuing eCOPRs on daily basis, so hopefully, everyone will receive theirs soon.
