Hey, Can you confirm when was this?? My spouse is waiting for his passport and COPR and me as PA still waiting for my eCOPR. Why on earth do they ask for passport. And we also received out Closed WP and SOWP in the meanwhile. If they return the passport then at least he can travel.
Hi, how does the letter look like, I received today after I created a webform to change my dependent as outside Canada application. I am not able to understand the letter properly

Hi everyone,

I'm in a somewhat stressful situation and hoping to get some advice. I received my ITA in September and submitted my complete application, including an LMIA, in October. My medicals and biometrics were both completed in December.

However, with the current economic uncertainty, my job is unfortunately at risk. I'm quite concerned that I might be laid off by the end of February. Since I haven't received my COPR yet, I'm worried about the implications of a layoff before COPR, especially given that my application includes an LMIA.

Will I be in serious trouble if I lose my job before I receive my COPR? Any insights or advice on how this might affect my application would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
Just have the same discussion with your employer explaining your situation and the implications and I am sure they will find a middle ground to retain you until you get your eCOPR.

Etobicoke, Sydney, Kitchener, Winnipeg, Edmonton might be 2-3 more but Montreal is the fastest right now even though they probably have most number of applications.
Thanks, good to know. My office is Edmonton, not sure if they have issued any eCOPRs lately. Its kind of scary seeing people with the later ITA/AOR/P1/P2 getting there eCOPRs.

Since you are nearing 6 month mark after AOR you will probably receive it soon as IRCC want to close applications under 6 months after AOR, I was lucky as it took me 6 months from AOR to PR Card last year PNP EE no dependent.

I don't think that's necessarily true. My AOR was June 8 and I'm under EE. Still waiting for eCOPR.

There is no order. I've seen people with AORs after me and P2s after me, that have gotten their eCOPR already.
