Is PR visa same as normal PR and there is no specific timeline that they need to enter in Canada.

Is PR visa same as normal PR and there is no specific timeline that they need to enter in Canada.
It is mainly for outland applicants or outland dependents. This what was written in my letter.
"If you hold passport(s) from countries whose citizens need a visa to travel to Canada, you need your Permanent Resident Visa and it should be affixed in your passport, even if you already have a valid Canadian temporary resident visa"
After entering Canada, the process for the PR card can be initiated.

I have kept my file on hold from Dec 2nd till Jan 14 as I was outside Canada.
On 16Jan only my self received P2 as my dependent child is outside Canada and no plans to travel soon.
Can I expedite the process to send stamping for my child ? Based on the discussion here I understood it's a dependency for my eCOPR
Below are my time lines,
PNP non Express Entry.
My self main applicant, spouse and daughter we all three live in Canada. Sydney processing office.
When asked via MP, Below was the response
"According to my phone communication with IRCC today, your grouped application was approved on November 4, 2024 and the portal was successfully created on November 25, 2024. Currently, your virtual landing is awaiting the final decision by IRCC officer. As this is a grouped application, the average processing time does not apply. Please continue to wait."
P1 - Nov 18,
P2 - Nov 25, (submitted Nov 26)
waiting for eCOPR.
I would like to knowwhere should I check for this eCOPR.

You'll be notified via email and then it'll be ready for you to download from your PR portal!
For my dependent, it stated that the passport had to be sent within 30 days. Could you check if there is any deadline for submitting documents? Also, the PR visa for your dependent will only be stamped once your eCOPR is confirmed.
Funny enough my photo and address are still under review but I care less about that for now since I already have eCOPR. Looking up to receiving the PR card but I won't be frustrated about the delay.
Yep. eCoPR is all you need. They sent only 1 PR card yesterday and currently waiting for the other one.

Further, my BOWP was approved on DEC 23 and I still have not received the hard copy in mail. It would be 6 weeks on Feb 3. My immigration consultant told me that they would have to put together an application stating my BOWP was lost (they would charge extra for this). However, I thought I simply have to call IRCC and inform them that I have not received it in mail. Do you guys have any suggestions?

I think almost of all October applicant received their ECOPR. Let's pray for people who received P2 in Nov and Dec . Hope we receive our ECOPR soon. 
Call them on the 6th week mark first and then see what can they do. My SP was lost back in 2021 and they simply issued a new one and sent it within 7 days without any additional charge.
