That's crazy. How comes October and November just got jumped casually.
Now you see that all that we thought we knew don't actually work.
Just casually login to my GCKey when I didnt get an email. Got an update on my PR Card lmaoooo.

The worst part is, my Github and IRCC email ids are the same, so every time my team opens a pull request, I get an email notification. I frantically check it hoping its the eCOPR. LOL 
Never do this mistake. Always have separate email id for Github. lol

I suppose this person might be logged in from phone. You can't see the signatures if you're scrolling through the phone.
