If you get eCoPR while outside of Canada you need to contact IRCC immediately. They need to cancel it and you have to come back and it needs to be reissued. Alternatively, you need to ask to be landed abroad. You need to be inside of Canada when virtually landing as inland candidate (else you will have issues when applying for citizenship for example - there are problems with date calculations because the system does not accept being outside of Canada on the day when you became PR etc.)

That makes sense. I've applied for a visitor record; hopefully, I'll get the COPR soon.

No GUs in tracker. The declaration is still showing as "Submitted to IRCC". Address is "Accepted". Photo is showing as "In Review With IRCC".

I'm not sure of that as I didn't receive any other communication from IRCC after getting my eCoPR. May be others could share if they received any emails once their card was mailed?
