Nope. Even that would be too much work for them! The prefer something where they don't even need to move!

Hi everyone, I called IRCC this morning to ask about my PR application. I got my portal 2 last oct 31 under non express PNP. The agent told me that if I don't receive my ECOPR until January 31, 2025, she advised me to call back and they will be the one to reach out to the Montreal office, which is my VO. She said I should wait 3 months after receiving ECOPR.
I just wanted to share the information to all of you, maybe there are some of you who is waiting for more than 3 months now for ECOPR, so you could also try to call IRCC and let them reach out to your VO.

Thanks for the update. That's the same response many others got. This is why I'll wait till January 31st and then call them. My P2 was on October 30!

How can i tell which office my PR is from? I am also recieved portal 2 and submitted it back with photo and address on Oct 30.

Ecopr : January.
