In case you don’t get ecopr before that, you MUST apply for a BOWP at least one day before your work permit expires, in this case you would get the implied status and most likely will get ecopr before your BOWP, then you can get a refund, but make sure you don’t go a single day without any kind of legal status in Canada. My P1 was on Oct 18 and P2 was on Oct 31, waiting for eCOPR.
I submitted web form a few days ago and got reply just now stating that your application is still in process.
Instead of wasting time on sending replys to web forms they should work on ecopr.
Don't know what to do my Work permit is going to expire this month.

Yeah. Just 1 since morning!I saw a case on Immitracker (PNP) with ECopr today
Once they process your application, then there's no refund as this would considered that IRCC has already rendered service by staring to process it. However, if you do get your eCoPR even before they start processing your application, then you still might get some refund back after withdrawing your application. My P2 is OCT 31, waiting on ecopr but my bridge open work permit is literally dead. I submitted it on july 16th. If i do receive my ecopr, can i ask for a refund for the bowp ? if so how would i do it ?
How do we know whether they started processing your application ?Once they process your application, then there's no refund as this would considered that IRCC has already rendered service by staring to process it. However, if you do get your eCoPR even before they start processing your application, then you still might get some refund back after withdrawing your application.
Congratulations! Did you have dependents? And what was the expiry date for the eCoPR in tracker?Hi, everyone,
Happy new year.
I've been on this forum for a while now and I only read. I have suffered in silence and I have been patient. After 3 and a half months of waiting I finally received my Ecopr. Patience was a pain. I had to call an ircc agent on december 31st for her to send an email to the visa office. The vo is Etobicoke.
My AOR is from March 6, 2024. Inland. So the process took around 10 months (Instead of the 5 months prevision expected for Express entry on Canadian experience).
My Portal 1 was on September 3 and I replied on the 4th. and Portal 2 on September 17, to which I replied on the 18th. Since the 18th I haven't heard anything until today 10.57 am.
Patience, the journey is long but we'll all get there. I wish you all Good luck to you all, and thank you for being here to reassure us.
Do you know why it took so long?Hi, everyone,

Nope. Every time I called they kept saying it is still on the virtual landing queue. No other explanation. It's a very unfair system, and it's badly done because there's no way to contact the VO.Do you know why it took so long?
Well, you made it mate! A great start for you this new year! Congratulations once again!Thank you so much.
No dependents and Expiry date is February 25th 2025! That stressed me a lot! It's crazy how unfair I thought it was and there was no way of getting in touch with the VO. I called, called IRCC back, filled out webforms, nothing helped. It took the agent realizing that the copr was about to expire to contact them.
Same with mine. Called the agent to see and they said the same thing. My P2 was on Dec 12. Nonetheless, you got it!Nope. Every time I called they kept saying it is still on the virtual landing queue.
