I would like to clarify about the ECOPR Permanent Resident. Traveling after PR portal to eCOPR

On October 24th I received a letter from the P1 portal and on October 28th they opened a P2

I signed a declaration on the PR portal that I am in Canada and I will also upload photos and my address. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received the ECOPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residence)

1. Can I fly to the USA for a short time between PR portal 2 and eCOPR? Do I have to stay in Canada until eCOPR?

2.Should I stay in Canada between the eCOPR and PR card?

1. you cannot leave Canada before getting your ECOPR, if you leave Canada before getting your ECOPR then you will only be allowed back in if you have signed COPR with you.
2. If you want to leave Canada after getting your ECOPR you can do that but make sure that when you enter Canada again, it should be by land border and not through the airport because if you enter Canada through airport then you will need either PR Card or PRTD.
