I tried sending webform, called them, sent emails but no response yet. P2 was Aug 28, waiting from 1 month for copr. Really stressed and frustrated

I applied on EE profile.
Some of my friend received biometric in one month

as i said it might be earlier lucky for those application being assigned to VO who is do they work properly
what my timeline was for general processing times.

give it max at 45 days then you can submit webform.

I responded to Portal 1 email this week but I realized I already have an account in the PR portal as I used it to submit my application.

Do I need to wait for a Portal 2 email confirmation even though I already have a PR portal account? Also, do I need to respond back to the Portal 1 email mentioning that I already have an account or is this not necessary?

you will need to wait for the ecopr available for download confirming your pr status
thats the time you can apply change status to health, banks and drivers license.

My decision made date was on 13 sept. And portal 1 was on 18th
