“ Yesterday My Representative Received a Portal 1 email behalf of me and I didn’t receive it directly


Now my question is How to reply an email which I didn’t receive directly?


Do I copy the same email which it came from and send my details or let my representative to do it for me? “
I had the same situation as yours. Ask your rep to forward the email(with the pdf attachment) he received to your email address. Then keeping the subject same, reply with your information in the email body to IRCC/VO email address. No need to cc your rep.

From here on, your rep will not play any role.

I Received Email From ircc Say your Ecopr is Ready For Download in your Portal , but I loging My portal ,I can't See Any Copr Download Option , Any One Facing This Problem ?
