PR confirmation portal timelines

Good morning Guys please I have three pertinent questions
1. I received P1 email on the 7th of August 2024 and replied immediately but I mistaking used same UCI for myself kids and spouse but sent another email same night to point out the error and rectify it. will that cause any problems?
2. since 7th no P2 email yet, I have called IRCC thrice now all they say is I should wait hope it was not that error that caused the delay?
3. After P1 is it possible for PR application to get refused?

Montreal is kind of slow I believe. I've been waiting since Aug5 for P2.

Last year, the waiting time from Montreal was more than one and a half months; currently, they are responding within 2-4 weeks.

Yes, I replied the same day. Never tried KAI methodology.

Yes, I got within this timeline.

Yes, I called IRCC. According to them, if the response does not come in 3 months, they will notify the VO.
