Guys I received the P1 on July 25 and nothing since then for P2.
Is there anybody in the same boat?

If not then resend and also if u r in canada do it between 11 to 1pm

How did your friend skipped portal 1 email?
Did your friend send email with personal details eg. passport number, eye color etc to IRCC email?
I am still waiting for my portal 1 email to resend.

It's ircc.clientportaleast-estclientportal.ircc at cic.gc.ca. There is no automatic (or any) confirmation.
