Should there be an autoreply from submitting the P1 email?(VO Montréal)? My wife replied within an hour of receiving her P1 email (on 13 May); however, the MP just informed us that IRCC claims no reply was received. We submitted another reply just incase but no autoreply for that either. I find it not plausible they didn't receive her reply.

My husband and I replied from both of our emails. There were no autoreplies for either of our emails.

I also do no think it is possible that they don't receive the replies. Also, your P1 was on 13 May, it hasn't been even a month yet. The processing time between P1 and P2 is around 4-6 weeks, wait a bit more!

I agree that hasnt been long enough but it is strange IRCC told the MP they haven't received a reply. I hadn't contacted MP about P1 to P2 but because still sorting out why IRCC never even started an application for my wife's open-work permit. We applied October 2023 and they haver never even started processing it. Which if her PR is finalized then no need for it but its still frustrating since that is a few hundred dollars we paid for the application and they did nothing with it.

If you are very worried, it might be helpful to contact an immigration specialist on this issue. It seems that this is either a new trend of additional checks from the IRCC or something specific to your case only. Whichever the case, don't panic and try to be patient. If everything is OK with your employer, your Province will confirm their nomination. Let us know how it goes! Good luck to you! ;)

Thanks, yes that is what confusing me as well . My job was office admin

There’s no any automated reply you only need to reply once or else it take more time, even you call they don’t have any answer because your paper is already on hand of the case agent. Just be patience it take 4-5wks

My VO is Montreal. Here's my timeline below:

Program: SUV
Application submitted: Nov 2022
WP Approved: Jul 23 2023
Arrived in Canada on WP - Sept 2022
Received P1: February 27
Received 2nd Notice of P1 (3 business days after escalating lengthy delay on receiving P2 to MP): May 23
Received P2: May 24
Received eCoPR: June 6th

Thanks everyone for making this a valuable platform to help with the anxiety associated with waiting on this process.

I really won't hold my breath waiting for the PR card. Whenever it comes it comes. If I have to travel internationally before it comes, I will simply return via land border (Seattle - Vancouver) as I have a valid US visa.

This has been an excruciating wait for me cos my P2 took 3 months and I am just glad it's all over now.

Good luck to everyone still waiting. To help with the anxiety, please remember that once you have received P1 your application is already approved. Celebrate that and try not to worry too much about the length of what is simply a landing process after all. Don't hold back any plans (that are not COPR dependent) until the COPR is received. Relax and enjoy your impending PR confirmation.

Good luck again!
Its only June 5 today how come you have it on June6.

I have similar timelines
P1 7th May

Waiting for eCOPR VO Montreal

eCOPR comes just after IRCC accept our declaration that we are in Canada .. dont know why it takes so much time to just accept that.. should have been automated

In this case they might refund your fees for your wife's OWP.

hello everyone, i received portal 1 and was waiting for portal 2 . all of sudden they send me a letter saying that there are some integrity concerns identified by province and while province verifies my application is on hold.
Is that normal? i am so stressed right now. called IRCC alot times but no luck.
Any advice?
What does the letter say? Are you currently working in that province? Or were all of your documents truthful? Try calling IRCC around 2-3 in the afternoon. You can also submit a webform or get GCMS notes, so you know the detailed information.
