That actually worked! I was using Firefox, changed to Google Chrome and it works now. Thanks!

When was your first email and it was from Etobicoke office ?
I’m on the same boat. I received the email on Dec 16. Replied to them on the same day and I am still waiting. Etobicoke office.

call ircc today and agent told you have to wait as there is no specific timeline for it.

No I replied that I have sent requested information on that day but nothing update after that.
Got an email a week ago, replayed with my info.
2 days ago got an email with Client Portal. Created my password, logged in without any problem.
Added address and loaded a photo. Waiting now.
On the phone I was told that my VO is in Ottawa but in the email's signature it's Etobicoke.
