PR confirmation portal issue for family members not in Canada

Hi guys, I received the email from IRCC PR Portal last Friday: "IRCC - Permanent Residence Portal (PR Confirmation) ". I replied them and they replied me in a business day and create the PR portal account for me (for confirmation address and email). The question is: I was submitted the application with my wife and son; and I informed the information also to the IRCC PR Portal: I am in Canada right now but My wife and son are out of Canada (These info were also informed when I submitted the application), as well as other essential infos. However, when I logged into the account their send to me, I only found my information (Applictaion number + UCI) in the account (to declare I am in Canada and upload address and photo), but without my wife nor my son's info in the account. Does anyone know what is happending or I need to send an email again to them?

That sounds like everything is correct. You are in Canada so you will declare your presence through the portal, your wife and son are Outland so they would receive a PPR request later in your GC account and they will get a visa and paper COPR.

Not sure, I am an inland applicant myself. But usually it shouldn’t take much longer after your portal email.

At step2 whether your replied only your details for pr confirmation portal or all the dependents details also.
How the ppr is triggered for outland applicants.
