Here is my updated timeline.
  • Email 1, but never received: August 10
I have been calling them almost every week, but their advise is "to be patient"
  • Email 1 date asking for information -
  • Date replied - 12.09.2023
  • Email 2 date with login credentials -
  • Date replied - 17.09.2023
  • eCOPR issue date - Waiting
  • Visa Office - Montreal - Transferred to Etobicoke
  • Inland Spousal Sponsorship

Got eCoPR today. Such a relief.
Got the email around 11am, was not expecting it on weekend but glad it came through.

Portal 1: August 28 (submitted info same day)
Portal 2: Sept 1 (submitted photo and address same day)
eCoPR: Sept 23
PR Card: waiting

Office: Etobicoke

Portal status for
  • In-Canada declaration shows : Submitted to IRCC
  • Mailing Address: Accepted by IRCC
  • Photo: In review with IRCC

I uploaded my photo to portal last week and it was showing but today I check and the photo is not showing in the portal. Can anyone tell what it means n if it’s normal plz.

its normal as it is some sort of a website bug. The photo should show up if you refresh the page or navigate away and come back on that page.

Just got our e copr under pgp today. How long is the wait times for health card, sin.. Any inputs is appreciated

Sin should take 5-10 business days.
For health card it’s about 4-6 weeks but after you apply one, you get a temporary health card which is a piece of paper but it’s just as good. Your coverage starts when you apply.

Been 11 days for me so far as of today, that's not including weekends or the day I submitted the photo, address and declaration on the 11th September. Really hoping they don't take too long as I have some job offers lined up that I need this eCoPR so I can get a sin and a bank account

If you have work permit/study permit, you can still apply for a SIN unless your permit has expired (in which case you can contact Service Canada to figure out your options).
