Submitted photo and address on Sept 1.
I hope Etobicoke office is not slowing down.

I have been calling them almost every week, but their advise is "to be patient"

• Email 2 date with login credentials -

• eCOPR issue date - Waiting
• Visa Office - Montreal - Transferred to Etobicoke
• Inland Spousal Sponsorship

If you replied to the email with details such as UCI, date of last entry etc, then IRCC will send you another email with login credentials. Then you need to submit In-Canada declaration, mailing address and a photo.

I have submitted a webform asking for an update. Not sure how long it will take to get a reply but I am guessing it will be 4-6 weeks at the least.

Saw on facebook, someone with Etobicoke office submitted photo and address on August 29 and got ecopr Sept 13.

As far as I know, you’ll need ecopr or pr card to do that.
