I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to reach out and see if anyone else has experienced a similar situation. I recently received my BVL (Border Verification Letter) but it has been more than 5 work days and I haven't received my PPR (Passport Request) yet. I'm a bit concerned about the delay and was wondering if anyone has any insights or advice on what steps I can take in this situation.
