PR charged with fraud under - not convicted (charges withdrawn)

Hi there,

My case:

I am a PR who applied for citizenship. I completed my 3 years and applied for citizenship, after my application I was charged with fraud under. My charge is withdrawn. I am waiting for cic to process my files now. My PR card expires end of August 2012.

Questions:

1) Will cic accept my citizenship application? If they don't is there a way to stay living in Canada? Will they deport me from Canada if they don't process my citizensip application?
2) Can I travel with my charges withdrawn and come back to Canada before my PR card expires end of August? Will border officer let me enter Canada with 10 days left for my PR card to expire and with a charged person but not convicted?

Please advise.
